How It Is Going: Numbers, Sessions and Proof in the Open
A short progress note, because the honest answer to "how is it going?" should be something you can check rather than something you have to take our word for.
Three public pages went live today. None of them need an account.
Platform numbers
Platform numbers shows how everyone on Intuito is doing, in aggregate and against chance. How many people are training, how many sessions have finished, how many responses have been scored, and for each module the mean accuracy next to its chance baseline. Symbol Cards has a 20% baseline, Free Response and Location 25%, Intuition Forecast 50%.
The numbers are live and refresh every ten minutes. They are not a study. The people behind them chose to train, chose when to stop, and chose which modules to play, so read them as a mirror, not as evidence. That is also why the page explains the arithmetic in plain words: accuracy is the mean of scored responses, and lift is how far that sits between chance and perfect. When there is nothing scored yet, the page says so instead of showing a zero.
Shared sessions
Explore is a gallery of sessions their owners decided to share after the reveal. Each card shows the module, who trained, the date, the score as it was judged, and the sketch or target. Every card opens the same public session page people have been sending to friends for a while.
Nothing appears there by default. A session is private until its owner shares it, only finished sessions are listed, and sessions that belong to paid marketplace work never show up. If you want your best round in the gallery, share it from your session history.
Proof you can check
The claim behind every Free Response round is that the target was fixed before you drew. Until now the app verified that for you and showed a small badge. Now Verify a target shows the whole mechanism and lets anyone repeat it.
Before a round starts the server hashes the target image, mixes that hash with a random salt into a commitment, and shows you the commitment. After the reveal it discloses the salt and the image hash. Paste a session link on the verify page and your browser recomputes the commitment from the revealed image. Or do it by hand with shasum and the preimage the page spells out. No blockchain, no trust in us required, just one hash you can reproduce.
It proves the image existed and did not change while you drew. It does not prove anything about what you saw or felt. We would rather state that limit than imply more.
Elsewhere
The Android build is with internal testers and keeps getting quieter and more tactile: quick-play arcade rounds, a dojo and a spa mood that reshape the home screen, and sketch hints that cost what they say they cost. The web dojo remains the full training ground.
What is next
We are looking at a weekly target everyone views, with a shared reveal and a side-by-side view of how different people read the same thing. Group rounds for classes and friends are on the same list. Neither has a date. When they do, they will show up on the pages above first, because that is where the numbers live.
