Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Intuito you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Intuito.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Intuito. Prohibited activities include attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service, submitting automated requests that disrupt the platform, uploading malicious content, or violating any applicable law or regulation.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and software on Intuito are the property of Intuito or its licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you a right to use any trademark, logo, or brand feature of Intuito without prior written consent.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@intuito.app.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Intuito is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Target training is for entertainment and self-development purposes; we make no scientific claims about its efficacy.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intuito shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Account settings page.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
10. Get Paid to Help (Marketplace)
The marketplace lets practitioners take on requests posted by other people and earn for completed work. It is an optional, intuition-training service offered for entertainment and self-development.
Payment on the marketplace is for the completed, good-faith effort of producing a scored training session — not for a correct, accurate, or actionable result. Every assignment is an intuition-training exercise. No result is guaranteed to be accurate, and results must never be treated as fact or used as the sole basis for any decision.
Intuito operates the marketplace as a venue that connects people who post requests with practitioners who choose to work on them. Intuito is not the practitioner, does not provide the impressions, and is not a party to any decision a client makes. No professional, advisory, or fiduciary relationship is created between Intuito and any user through the marketplace.
The marketplace must not be used for any of the following:
- Medical, psychological, or health matters — including diagnosis, treatment, medication, or whether to seek or avoid care.
- Legal matters — including evidence, testimony, guilt or innocence, or decisions in any legal proceeding.
- Financial decisions — including investing, trading, lending, insurance, lottery, or gambling outcomes.
- Missing persons, abductions, or anything concerning a specific person’s location, safety, or whereabouts.
- Emergencies, crimes in progress, or anything time-critical to a person’s safety. Contact the appropriate authorities instead.
- Locating, identifying, or surveilling a specific real person without their consent.
- Anything intended to substitute for licensed professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or security).
- Any unlawful purpose, harassment, or activity intended to harm another person.
We may remove requests, decline submissions, or suspend marketplace access where these terms are not met. Approved assignments pay real money. You are paid the amount shown on the target when you claimed it. Submissions are reviewed by the requester together with the Intuito team; payouts are arranged manually after approval and are released once your approved balance reaches the minimum payout threshold. Payouts are sent through Upwork to the account you set up and confirm in advance. You may be asked to verify your identity and payout details before funds are released. You are responsible for any taxes on amounts you receive. Marketplace earnings are available to verified users aged 18 or over. The minimum payout is 200 USD.
Results delivered through the marketplace are private between the requester and the practitioner and are not published. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intuito is not liable for any decision made, or action taken, in reliance on a marketplace result.
