Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, such as your email address, optional username, and password. If you sign in with Google, Apple, Facebook, X, or LinkedIn, we receive the profile details those providers share with us, such as your name and email address. We also collect usage data such as training session results, scores, and interaction logs to improve the platform and track your progress. Intuito is operated by Oliversoft s. r. o.
Training Content and AI Features
We store the sketches, images, written impressions, and session results you submit. When you request an AI-assisted feature, the relevant content is sent through OpenRouter to the model provider that processes the request. Optional voice drawing uses your device’s speech-recognition service, which may process audio on the device or through Apple or Google. Intuito receives the resulting text for drawing; it does not upload the voice-drawing audio to Intuito’s servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve Intuito; personalise your training experience; send transactional emails such as one-time login codes; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Data Storage & Security
Our primary database is hosted in the European Union. Service providers may process information in other countries under their own privacy policies. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed using scrypt and are never stored in plain text. Please see our Security page for more details.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your theme preference. The website also uses analytics services, including PostHog and Vercel, to understand usage, performance, and errors. These services may process device and browser information, page interactions, and account identifiers. Mobile advertising is described below.
5. Third-Party Services
We use OAuth providers such as Google, Facebook, X, Apple, and LinkedIn for social sign-in, plus Stripe for web payment processing. In the mobile app, Apple or Google processes store payments and RevenueCat validates purchases using transaction information and an app user identifier. We receive purchase and entitlement records, not your full payment-card details. These services operate under their own privacy policies.
Mobile Advertising
Free mobile accounts may see Google AdMob banner and optional rewarded ads. Google’s Mobile Ads SDK may collect IP addresses and approximate location, device identifiers, ad views and interactions, app interactions, crash reports, and performance and diagnostic information for advertising and analytics. Availability of the advertising identifier on iOS depends on the operating system’s tracking permission. Premium accounts do not initialize mobile ads. Learn more in Google’s advertising privacy information.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. You can manage or delete your account at any time from the Account settings page. In the mobile app, Settings opens account management in your browser. Deletion removes your account and training history; limited financial or shared marketplace records may be retained without your account link as explained before deletion. For any data requests or questions, contact us at gordon@tryintuito.com.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice within the application. Continued use of Intuito after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
